Already are, several aussie beaches using or testing them for use by the lifesavers on the beach.

I just sold a hand reg'd drone name a couple of weeks ago for $800 (and well under what I should have quoted), so there are buyers out there. Will soon be more. Your is worth around $600 - $1000 now. Will be worth twice that in a year or two.
