I own DroneBlimp.com and BlimpDrone.com - I'm not sure which term will be more popular.

There two criteria for a drone. 1) It must fly unmanned. And 2) it must fly autonomously. Can a blimp (ligther than air vessel) fly unmanned and autonomously, yes.
