This is my first .cc not sure of there realistic value. Please appraise value. Also I know the sky is the limit on developing but any 2cents about the best paying niche' direction would be appriciated. Thanks.

.cc domains never really took off ... at least not with a mainstream marketing and that is where the true value of a domain like this is.

It's a one word, (real word at that) domain that you would think should be worth a ton but with the .cc extension it just isn't. Notice that flowers.cc has been for sale for how long now?

At best you might get mid to high $xxx out of it from a reseller but the big money in domains has always been with the end users.

You may say .cc but the problem is, people register it as .com and as such it's just not worth the risk to a big time investor to pour money into developing a .cc ... at least for the most part.
