Still rekon definetly no less than $10K but I beleive it could be worth even more - I would reg it for 5 years, set your min price, be firm and wait...and wait Stick it the vault !

You just have to look at some of the sh** that sells for alot more. Forget web designers ... think Property and architecture endusers.

Either that or contact big magazine publishers like www.itp.com - Dream Design is a Property magazine + website just waiting to happen IMO

Yah. I suppose this one will be one I'll need to sit on for some time till I find the right end-user. And I agree with you Gazzip - I do need to focus search outside the web design industry, as their just isnt nearly enough money in that field as there would be in Architecture or Interior Design....

Ironically not too long ago, I had quite a funny offer. I recieved an email from someone saying they would buy it. They had thought I was asking for 10 dollars, not 10k. It was someone from S.America.

Yes, it was on Sedo. I had recieved a mid x,xxx offer on Sedo, and would have sent it to auction at the time (if they had the service then!). But alas, Its just a waiting game... and im impatient!

I'm in the graphic design industry, if I were starting a business I would offer you $5,000 but thats because I'm a poor designer :P

I definitely could see you getting upwards of 10,000 for this from an larger firm wanting to create a subsidiary, the most compatible industries other than a graphics firm, one is in the embroidery industry, I think in that market you could definitely get the money your looking for. Also the stock graphics market is getting so huge, this could really be a good domain for that considering it's not only stock photos that are moving big numbers but stock illustrations designs, stock video, stock graphic accents, etc...

Hold on to it till you get a great offer, great real estate in the .com TLD is getting scarce, this could fit into so many categories Good luck with it Justin.
