P.S. Yes I know with those kinds of page views my numbers should be higher for Casale but I'm running Casale with NO Chain for defaults (never bothered to set it up) so basically they're raping me with defaults and missed impressions. If you simply ad burst and or tribal fusion for defaults you could probably triple or more the current revenue.
