You picked up a nice keyword info. Everyone knows "download manager". You can either sell or develop information site something like wikipedia and earn good revenue. You have a chance listed 1st page of search result "download manager" on google when you develop.

Low xx for resale market. Potential very low xxx - high xx for endusers. That means selling is hard on mass market. Good luck.

Not a bad name. There seems to be a lot of download manager programs available too, as per this article on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_download_managers

Maybe develop a site with information on the most popular ones, like Free Download Manager, and have links to download locations, etc. Good luck with your resale and/or development!

I think it is a decent .info definately worth regging. To add real value developing could be the best option, but you still might be able to sell on for a bit of profit - poss low to mid $xx on a good day

personally if i had this site i would write reviews of download managers that allowed you to join as an affiliate with them and when talking about the different download managers make sure all the links contain your affiliate ID
