.info Dotster $0.77 .info problem

I regged a $0.77 .info at Feb 25th,but it reduce me $2.99 form my Paypal balance,$0.77 payed to dotster,and $2.22 temp hold,what happened,why $2.22 temp holded?Need your help

When dotster has these specials, they often authorize the full amount, and then the coupon takes effect within 30 days.
It saves money in the long run, but some people don't like losing those funds for 30 days. Dotster should probably change this practice.

Word on the street is that this is actually going to change today. I know they've been working to resolve this issue for a while.
