Dots???

how would I go about doing dots like roy lichenstein does it?

I have a picture, and I just want to fill in parts of it with "dots" like the picture above

In photoshop - Is there like a special setting, or fill setting I can use?

If you don't know how to make a pattern, look it up in the help.

Thanks for the help mates I'll have a look at the fill effects and stuff, and thats for the link. Its not what I was looking for, but its a nice effect, and I will be using it.
