I am selling my site

There are 100+ registered users.
1000 names listed
traffic: varies from 20-80 visitors per day. (200+ last 2 weeks from namepros alone)
Revenue: No revenue made yet (1 sale pending =$3.95 fee)
It is free to join(can charge whatever you want)
The admin panel is very simple to use.(the banner displayed is for another of my sites)
Domain registered at godaddy.com free push to your account.
The script cost $299 from smartscripts.net (very helpfull support) i Will give you email of the person i have dealt with a few times.
Has the parking module installed aswell $199 value.
There are no parking payments pending you can change the rate at what you pay.
This is a very nice site and the domain is worth alot on its own and fits perfect with this site.
I am looking for offers over $400 no bin yet Will happily use escrow (buyer pays fees)
