Hi guys,
Ive just subscribed to dotcombuilder and am having some problems using their ftp.
I really need some help asap, can anyone help me?
Basically when I go to install it asks for 1.Server, 2.Username, 3.Password, 4.Port (21)
Ive got past that and then it asks for a directry to install the files. This is where im stuck.
It says enter :
URL to Chosen Directory/Path:
(Note: NO trailing slash: / at the end.)
(E.g. http://www.mydomain.com/directory)
So ive entered http://www.mydomain.com/public_html (replacing mydomain with the actual domain)
but it comes up with an error saying :
Error: Verification of URL to Chosen Directory/Path failed. Please try again, make sure your URL is complete with domain + the directory/ies.
Can someone help me please. Either reply to this, PM me or add me to MSN : [email protected]
