I would stay away from Yahoo completely. Too much redtape to worry about. Stay with a registrar like NameCheap, Godaddy, Moniker, or Enom.

yes indeed. if you develop with yahoo think of the problems you will have if you want to move to another provider at a later time.

Yahoo isn't VERY bad. There are few 'rules' you'll need to follow in order to be on the safe side:

- do NOT register EPP-based domains there (i.e. com/net ONLY), because Yahoo will NOT give you EPP-Authcodes;
- don't forget to delete transferred out domains from your Yahoo account (as they call this - 'cancel the plan') once the transfer is finished successfully.

Which register are reliable and reputer? Godaddy? Registerfly? NETWORK SOLUTIONS? ENOM RESELLERS? NAMECHEAP.COM ?

Well I consider domain registrars like eNom, GoDaddy and Namecheap reputed and reliable.
