Evidently they tried to get married last year. These public companies with chronically negative P/E's should be delisted. After reading it, that is in fact going to happen.

I think its a good thing. Donuts has fair prices for most of their extensions and the premiums are not as ridiculous.

They are paying cash, you will not profit from the new company unless you are an insider.
