I don't really understand what is going on with the domain that I'm bidding on Tdnam. Every time i place a bid it always says that I've been outbid. What can i do to win the auction then?

If my bid surpass the proxy bid then what will be the message?
Btw i remembered someone said that even i win the auction doesn't mean the domain belongs to me because the owner might renew the domain? Is that true?

if you did have the highest bid it would say- congrats you are the high bidder- then everytime you got outbid you would get an email letting you know- and yes, you would get a refund if that happened but in all the names i bought there that has never happened

Yes, this is true. Domains are auctioned when they lapse in their renewal. However the domains are put on auction when the domain owner still has the option to redeem the domain name. Most dont, but it does happen.

Are you bidding on an expired domain auction or just a regular auction?

I'm bidding on "Sale Type: Expired Name Auction", is there any difference? By the way is it possible to pay using Paypal if i win the auction?

Yes.. Expired Name Auction means it was a GoDaddy/WildWestDomains/BlueRazor domain name and it expired. TDNAM allows members to put up auctions for their domain names. So there are 2 different kinds. Expired Auctions and Listed Auctions.

Yes, you can pay with paypal for the domains you win, as long as you have it setup through GoDaddy. (which is where you'll be redirected to checkout)

I can't really find the option to choose to pay via Paypal method. Is it supposed to be done after i win the auction?

yes. It redirects you to GoDaddy, where you can choose whatever payment methods they offer.

I've had about 20 domains renewed and my money refunded by TDNAM out of about 650 domains won at auction. So, good chance you will get it.

Be careful bidding on regular auctions at TDNAM. Fraud is a semi-regular occurence and even when fraud is absent, sales can take weeks to go through.
