I moved 30 names from domainhop to domainsponsor. These names normally bring in $8-$10 a day from Domainhop.

They've been in domainsponsor for 2 days and make $1.86!

What a big difference.

Move them back now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I plan on moving everything over to DH as soon as my sedo account reaches 20. I feel your pain.

I have heard that it takes a few weeks to allow for optimization. I just switched from Fabulous to DomainSponsor so the jury is still out.

I'm testing out each PPC program too. So far the worst has been DomainHop. NO Clicks in 2 days. With Fabulous and Sedo I average over 100 Clicks/day. Not huge #'s but a noticable difference. I'm about to give DomainSponsor a try now.

Yeah, I had the same experience with DS. I guess I don't understand what all the fuss was. I'm perfectly happy with DH - low click rate to be sure, but I still make much more money there than Sedo or DS.

To really test DS you have to leave your domains there for some time in order for them to optimize. Low traffic domains will take forever to optimize. I have a few domains there that made nothing at other PPC's but at DS they make good money. Then again I've had to move some other domains out of DS since they made nowhere near what they were previously making at Sedo or Fabulous. I guess you just can't keep all your names in one PPC. You have to find out what names work best at which PPC's and maximize your earnings that way.

Agree DS pages take too long to load DH maybe Lower CTR than Sedo but one click on a Finance name I make more than 6 clicks at Sedo.

I agree that Domain Sponsor "Premier" blows the doors off of domain hop. It is not even close.

Domain Hop is much better than the "Standard" domain sponsor program however.

Any way, good luck to all.

You must have either non-us visitors (DH does not allow non-us visitors to click on most of their ads) or visitors looking for a very specific content. That would explain it.

As for DS, my application was rejected, too, with no explanation whatsoever. They may be good or better or best, but this is not the proper way to treat their possible customers - if I didn't qualify, I would have wanted to know, why. After this I don't care anymore, I'm happy without them.

Hey John, the verdict is in...I moved back to Fabulous. Gotta love Rapid DNS. Two days of "zero" income with DS and I couldn't stand it any longer.

I had 'premier' status with DS, I didn't notice anything very impressive. It's interesting that we all have different experiences with the various parking programs. I wonder if there's a way to figure out which type of domains (kind of traffic, topic, etc) will end up doing best at each program. Could be an interesting case study/service.
