Hello NP,

I have thought about it long and hard but I have decided to put my first domain name I ever bought up for sale.

http://www.domainspecialist.com

It currently has a website on it but I now have a proper business (also a domain department) and no need for the name and website anymore.

So what do you think is the domain worth at the moment?

To evalute the domain name plus website, please provide unique hits, any revenue the site makes and the domain age.

Appraising domain name alone without those would be really off.
I say low-mid$XXX initially, is the PR4 valid?

Yes the PR 4 is valid as far as I know.

I have never done anything to get a higher one really.

Indexed pages: 31
Links: 5
Around 5-10 visitors per day. Very consistant over the years. But again, I always sold my domains through other channels.
Rev: None as I have never put anything on it.

Ok the domain seems to be old, the PR4 is surely nice given its real. All top and major extensions are taken, you own the .com which is premium.

So checking domain qualities we would include:
premium .com
PR4
many extensions are taken

I would appraise this around high$XXX, not surprised to hear offers into low $X,Xxx. 1,000-2,000.
