This is the official Domainsbot expiring list! You can choose 4 options:

1) expiring in 5 days
2) expiring in 24 hours
3) expiring in 48 hours
4) expiring in 72 hours

If you are interested in retrieving expiring domains for you to backorder, PM me for more info.

That would be the focus of my inquiry, as well Timechange ... AND, if there were to be a "fee" for this service, as listed.

I used Domainsbot's services for several months in the past 3 years. It was explicitly noted during the signup process that the lists are not to be redistributed or sold.

Last time I look the Redemption Period list was a monster
at just over 79 mb and soon to expire was over 10mb

Anyways I agree with Timechange, domainsbot's terms
say their lists cannot be redistributed
