Domains with "LOCAL" being the first word .COM ONLY!! $xxxx Budget

Well I'm looking to pickup quite a few names targeted towards the local markets. So I'm looking to buy .com domains with the word "Local" being the first word...Some examples of names I'm looking to buy

LocalMarketing.com
LocalBusinessDeveloper.com
LocalMobileMarketing.com

So basically 3 word max with the first word being "Local" and only .com.

Now some rules and please review these carefully because noncompliance will get reported!

-Must be .com no other extension
-Must have "LOCAL" as first word
-Registered for at least 3 months "Don't send me registered today names"
-Generic Terms please "Nothing Trademarked"
-No more then 3 words max
-No Dashes/Numbers at all

Benefits to possible sellers

-My budget is $40/name and I plan to spend around $2,xxx total so quite a bit of room for negotiation.
