Here is take on the domain names. I would be interested in what others have to say as well.
-http://universetalk.com--May be a good site for a calling card, sat phone, or computer-computer calling. If developed and marketed, I could see the site being very successful. The problem is you are going to need a product to sell and a marketing budget. The name alone isn't worth a whole lot. I would say low xxx. If you are to get some traffic generated and listed on seach engines you probably can get mix to high xxx.
-http://discussbiz.com-- I think this is your best domain out of all of them. You could have a forum for businessmen looking for trading/investment tips. Alternatively you could have an online magazine where readers can submit their own stories and thoughts. Name alone would be low xxx to mid xxx. Developed could yield mid xxx to low x,xxx.
-http://soccerfaq.com--not as common or as snappy as a name. I could see someone using the domain for soccer info. However, most people in the world call it "football" so the domain may be tough to market outside the USA. Regfee to mid xx for the name. Developed could be low xxx to mid xxx.
-FantasySide.com/Footballside.com -- footballsidelines.com may be worth more than footballside.com. Both names are somewhat uncommon and would go from regfee to low xx IMO. However, if there is some video game out there by those names, price would be much higher (but watch out for TM issues)
-http://backlinknow.com--somewhat unusual name, but could be a snappy title. Would say name is only worth regfee to low xx, but developed could be much higher.
Hope this is more clear. I would be interested in your thoughts on some of my domains: improvelaw.com, smartdieter.com, bestofbeer.com, bestwineclub.com, bestbeerclub.com, improvegovernment.com, improvetelevision.com...
