tutortoys.com - good domain if you find the right buyer.
needapronow.com - too many words, high $x .
maximumquality.com - quality can't be counted, so maximumquality is grammatically incorrect...
I actually think this is a GOOD name.
I would debate the grammar thing. Both quality and maximum can be either adjectives or nouns, and as such can be quantifiable.
Everyday usage to both these words, even as quantities:
good-quality food, poor-quality nutrition, fantastic quality game, terrible quality used car, high quality blah, low quality blah, etc. etc. We hear it all the time.
Good to use as a site name for a portal that takes customers only to highest-quality goods/services. And then, also good for almost any use you can think of... maximum quality can refer to business, sales, art, product, sports, entertainment... the sky's the limit - the very generalization of this name IS its value, I think.
I'd say not much value to resellers = xxx tops
But stellar possibilities as a portal, or developed in an interesting way.
Your other names -
needapronow.com I only see value in development; resellers = you'd have to pay me to take it. Very good message, but the length, that final 'now', kill it, since needapro.com is so much more perfect. It's taken, of course; seekaPro.com is still available, and to me has more possibility... welcome to reg it if you like. Proseek.com is taken, as is profind/profinders; these are obviously the quality ones.
tutortoys.com = very nice. Stellar possibilities along the way you're going. Low value if sold to resellers so forget it; looks like you're going in exactly the right way with development, and if you stay smart/creative/fun you'll have a high-traffic, fun site there. Better to get a Pri$e appraisal once you have some kiddie-traffic jams going through there.
