As its a .org domain without development I dont see a huge price for the domain. A low to mid XX value could be achieved. But yes, the domain has potential and can be developed like you could have a directory / listing of domains on rent / lease etc. That way you could achieve a much higher price for your domain.

The .com would be worth something but the .org doesn't fit.
The problem is that there isn't a big market for domain leasing.

I'd drop it. I have some low quality .nets, orgs that I will let expire. I'll try to focus in less but quality ones as possible

Drop it. The .org hurts it. Otherwise, if were the .com it might make a good leasing site.
