domain ► DomainNamen • tv – Domain Name in German ◄

I would appreciate comments on the above name. Was actually very suprised that this one wasn't taken considering that nearly most ccTLDs are taken.

I believe it means "Domain Name" or "Domain Names" in German. Could any German speakers confirm if it's the singular or plural? That would be greatly appreciated.

Very nice find.

Singular is "der Domain-Name", plural is "die Domain-Namen". However it's more and more common to see "die Domainnamen" nowadays.

Hyphenated domain names are more common in German or in French than in English. However your non-hyphenated version is definitely very valuable.

IMHO it's even better than domeinen(.)tv that you got a while ago, as the German language is used in Germany, Austria and large parts of Switzerland, all of them being great markets for domain names.

There are quite a lot of registrars in those countries, especially in Germany (including some major ones like 1&1, Joker or Key Systems).

Lots of great opportunities to find a very nice enduser, either amongst those big players (if they are looking for a specific strategy for .tv domains) or smaller registrars (looking for a bigger exposure).

You should be looking for at least $xxx-x,xxx, maybe even more. Best of luck
