Hello,

To make a long introduction short, I want to get into domaining and I'm still confused as to how I should setup the business. Sole proprietorship? Corporation? LLC? I'm lost in the sea of business terminology.

Thank you in advance.

Are you making big profits right now in domaining, if not worry about what type of corporation it will be later

I didn't begin to operate as an LLC for about two years. You should be fine if you are just starting out.

I wouldnt worry about that this early in the game. Once you have a defined web presence with enough domains to brag about I wouldnt worry about it.

just remember to stay out of legal troubles like trademarks and such.

LLC when your turnover is decent.

Don't think you have to bother straight away

Unless you're already in the top tax bracket - then speak to your accountant.

As assumed. I wouldnt worry about it for now, and just worry about buying your first set of names.
