DomainHop - Disappointed

Well I had to satisfy my curiosity and thought I would share this with you.

I went ahead and moved about 100 names to DomainHop because of all the hoopla about how great their program is.

Well - my total earnings for 3 days was 19 cents and not one single click.

Unless people click on ads or you have over 10000+ unique traffic everyday, there's no way for you to get over $50 in 5 days. I've been with domainhop for over a month and barely make that much in the first 5 days.

susi, are your names make-up by yourself(i.e. "new") or expired names ?

if thay are just "dream up" names...then you get zero! almost
but if these 600 names are expired names with traffic , then something is not quite right!!

Anyway - that was a really frustrating experience for all the work involved - and then having to reverse it all.

i think domainhop doesn't work for some domains

you are assuming that your visitors arent clicking on anything..which maybe they are not if the content is not relative to what they are looking for in the first place, I have a finance domain at domain hop making an average of 2.85/click thru and I usually get at least a few a day...someone can easily make a few hundred dollars a day or MORE if you have good traffic, that is the "keyword" here dude, GOOD TRAFFIC..thats what makes you money...not just high numbers of visitors, shit I will take 20 interested viewers instead of 200 garbage hits anyday...just my wooden nickel...

I registered recently and am getting a couple of impressions daily for various keyworded domains, not much but I guess its something. In my opinion it probably does depend on the domain name you have, the easier to remember... the most likely someone will type it up and notice that it's a parked page.
