Development can bring value to any domain with the right recipe, but Im not sure where you would go with this one.

I guess anything that focuses on domain names would be good..Domain Marketplace, blog, personal portfolio etc.. example : artdivision.org, designdivisioninc.com etc....

You'll need to develop it into something in order to have any real value.

It's a catchy name but the problem is that your target audience for something like this is other people involved in the domain business - who probably already have a dozen domains in their own inventory they could use for a similar project.
