domain Domain with nice traffic

Hi everybody,

got a couple of days ago the domain
urban-climbing.com
in an backorderauction.

so far it had 684 uniques but I think it will get up to 1000 a month.
the CTR is 6,29%.
Google results for "urban climbing" are only 27,500 but since urban-climbers are mostlikely also interested in other kinds of climbing the market for that domain is much bigger than it seems.

Would be very thankful for appraisals and also for comments on the number of uniques and CTR.
