I almost didn't notice that and was about to appraise it for more. But yes this one has a chance at getting low $xx, even more if you develop it.

Just one last question does "Need develop" mean if it has a web site relvent to the Domain name which it does or does it mean sonthing else.

I have just put the site on the web and it has made $300 in its last month of being open

It would come with the domain names above and so for it is ranked 11th in aol and 14th in goggle under the search term book scotland direct.

No premium value in names alone...

BUT just because a name has low appraisals or doesn't have any premium reseller value, it doesn't mean you can't develop it and have a successful property. It just means that there may be other comperable domains that are available at registration fee.

In this case, comperable available names would be
ScotlandTravelers.com
ScotlandBooking.com
TravelScotlandOnline.com
BookScotland.info
ScotlandDirect.info

A web business with provable income is generally worth 3 to 9 months worth of revenue plus assets, sometimes more or less. So even though a name like 'ScotlandTravelers.com' is not a premium name, it can still be worthy of development.
