I have pokerblog.cn Now, can someone register pokerblog.cn in the chinese language? Or is that translated over according to where anyone may be on the www?

It's not "translated" automatically. Only if the user types in your domain name verbatim will it resolve correctly.

You would have to register 'pokerblog' in Chinese characters if you want that domain as well. You can look up 'poker' and 'blog' in Chinese at an online translator however the combined meaning may not be the same in Chinese. It's probably best to as a native speaker if you want the correct translation.
