Suppose
1. A/someone registered a domain lilac.com in 2001
2. I registered trademark lilac in 2015
3. Y/you again purchased/transfer in his/your account lilac.com in 2016 from A/someone
4. Now the question is how I can grab the domain lilac.com from new owner using UDRP.

Are we talking about the domain Lilac.com owned by Elliot Silver, or is that just an example domain?

Regardless, Lilac is a generic term used by many companies, people, organizations, etc.
You can't just file a trademark and have exclusive use over the generic term and claim superior rights. That is not how it works.

If you file a UDRP you can expect to be hit with a reverse domain hijacking finding as well as potential monetary damages if the owner decides to purse it in a real court.

Yikes, Galaxy Traveller you are talking about taking away someones rightful property.

Focus on getting the domain in a different extension or try to buy it from the rightful owner, you will save yourself a lot of headaches.
