Two similar emails for different domains and not the same date. What are these? Scammers? i smell scam...

Scam - they finally wised up and lost the PhD from their signatures, but otherwise it's the same damn email. :imho: , keep posting them as it makes it that much more likely that someone else will discover they are a scam before paying for an appraisal, etc.

somebody should report these people to the police...i get these emails daily :td: since i taste about 150 names a day, they even send "enquiries" about names ive dropped! lol
