I use namecheap.com. They seem to be the best from what I can tell. Only $8.88 for .com last time I registered.

Yes, but I am pretty sure that your PayPal account must have a credit card associated with it to be able to use PayPal on GoDaddy.

i got a freind to do it through his reseller, $7 paypal, well i had to send 7.50, some proccessing costs for paypal, and that got me a .com, the DSN updates in 15 mins :D
