budget: $500+/item Domain provider needed - health niche

Looking for expired/auctioned domains which are suitable for moneysites.
Domain must have mostly contextual backlinks and minimum 100 RD pointing to the homepage it self.
Preferably health niche but it is not a must. I find news/beauty/sociaty/shopping sites work for me as well.
I am interested in buying several of them/finding a stable domain provider.
