Domain Profits -- How much?

It seems that as a group we make more money reselling our domains then from actual parking. I know this is a little personal, but do you net more from your parking revenues or your reselling? Also, how much do you make?

I know thats a little intrusive, but i think were all a little curious. In the name of good faith, Ill start:

I make more money from parking, but never more than a few bucks a day, as i am a new player.

It varies from month to month. Last month I sold a few thousand bucks worth of names and had about $500 in parking revenue. This month I've sold only 1 name for about $100 and should have parking revenue of about $600 (and hopefully some poker affiliate revenue coming in).

I don't even know how to make money yet. I am just in the game. Parked my domains and want to sell them for a good profit..

Sounds like were in the same boat. what i really need is someone to help find one really good name to get me going. But everyone seems to be a little concentrated (understandably) in their own profits. Until then, i keep waiting for Yahoo.com to drop.

If you find only one really good name, you may never sell anything. I own what is in my opinion a portfolio of over 800 really good names, a few of which are REALLY really good names, and counting on 1 name to sell is impossible.

What I would suggest is you check the Available Domains board on here periodically. Look through the lists posted there (including my own) and take names that you like a lot. My lists for instance are names that I'm not getting because I'm either beyond my budget or I'm more on the fence with them and am barely deciding against them. Every one of them that I post are names that I like, and I'm not an easy person to please. I'm sure the same goes for most other people posting lists there. That's a good place to start. Then when you figure out what makes a good name and what in general is available, you can find some on your own.

You get NP$ when you post in some specifik forums, you can buy NP$ from the NP$ Store and you can sell domains or services for NP$ or get donations.

Have you set the keywords? Make sure to optimize the SEDO parking page so the ads displayed are relevant to the domain name.

Every time I get in profit I invest more money. I've only been doing this for about a year but I plan to stop reinvesting my profits once I have a portfolio of names that I'm happy with. I don't have parking revenue. It might be a bad idea but I think that I prefer to recomend companys that I like through my website/s rather than advertise as a way of building long term trust.
