Just for a completion of history: There once was a Parking Service called Adegro.

I used Adegro but not Webpartner for Parking.

Yes, we work with direct advertisers and media buying agencies by zero click on RPM model

3. Premium PPC feeds parking (like voodoo, bodis, pc)

Yes, we supply premium ppc + shopping / product feeds on ppc model.

Basically we've built our technology based on the assumption, that each unique visitor has different values at the same time, for (various) advertisers - we work currently with over 300 direct advertisers and major media buying agencies on DSP and SSP sides.

Parking company confirms recent investment and restructuring.

Today I received information from domain name parking and sales company
NameDrive about its recent investment from
BIP Investment Partners and its company reorganization.

BIP Investment Partners S.A., a public investor listed on the
Luxembourg stock exchange,
made an undisclosed investment in the company.

BIP is no stranger to domain names;
it holds investments in German registrar
Key-Systems
(moniker)

Luxembourgian registrar EuroDNS,
domain fund Domain Invest,
as well as Polish registrar az.pl.

Michael Riedl,
Investment Director at BIP says,
“We want NameDrive to be the Apple of the domain parking industry.
The company says it has over 75,000 customers and
has sold over $10 million in domains on its
NDX Market since launching it in 2008

ParkingCrew has acquired the NameDrive
domain name parking business from KeyDrive.


Last year KeyDrive divested SnapNames
, which it acquired from Oversee.net along with domain name registrar

Michael Riedl worked and/or held some sort of stake in KeySystems. KeySystems bought out Namedrive (amongst Moniker and Snapnames). They've later sold Namedrive to ParkingCrew. Centralnic has bought out KeySystems. And recently, Centralnic has bought out ParkingCrew. Basically, full circle in some ways.

As far as Traffic.Club, no they do not have direct relationship with any tier1 upstream PPC providers (Yahoo, Bing, Google). They're more like ZeroPark, Tonic, ProtectedParking, etc.
