There is no right or wrong. It is just a starting point. I've sold a few mid-5 figures and worked for a few business owners with very specific budgets. The final closing price depends a lot more on the buyer's budget and the desire for the domain name.

I hypothesize that while many people may know how to calculate mortgage payments, many may opt to use a ready-made web form instead of configuring a spreadsheet or writing their own Python code.

While ChatGPT and other chatbots are accessible to many people, a study shows that only a very small number of the population chooses to use it daily. Many people just don't have the patience to keep adjusting prompts to eventually generate the results they are looking for.

I put the pages together to help automate my own workflows. But I see interesting feedback from different people: some used the estimate as a second opinion, a starting point to set a price; others wanted to use the estimate authoritatively to persuade potential buyers.

There were some traffic jams on the back end (I'm guessing). I have some data files and custom prompt instructions at the backend. I've seen this before, and It will go away later. Unlike traditional APIs and hosting companies, the reliabilities of Generative AIs are not as transparent or granular.

Just tried it with a LLLL. It didn't give comparable results.

I've adjusted the Bulk tool to be more "consistent" and less "creative".

But I started thinking, with the AI "reasoning" capabilities, what is the "right" question we should be asking?
