Please list your favorite domain name software, with homepage links if possible. I finally found a suitable script for http://www.dndownloads.com and can't wait to fill it up with great programs.

Nice site.

However, I could not download "Download TextClean (182KB) ", link is going to DNF.

If you could host it in your site much better as DNF is very unstable, to say the least, this is one of the reasons I am Not a member there anymore.

The script I use does allow me to upload files, but I wanted to keep the site linking to download pages as much as possible, so that the makers of the software could still get people to view the advertisements on their page. I will ask the DNF owner if I can host his software, since I realize that not all of my visitors will be members there, and he still has the ad to his forum in the software itself.

Two quick comments:
1) I like the idea, and keep the database building. In fact, allow user reviews and ratings, perhaps... (Don't want to waste my time on crap)
2) Your hosting the downloads might be difficult for many reasons, but at least in the description you should mention the price ( I won't pass judgment, but a few of the programs listed are a weeeeee bit pricey In fact, as an added bonus, you should further develop the site and then work out deals with the makers of the software for a discount for folks coming from your site...)

Great suggestions Allan.

1) I thought I turned user reviews/ratings on... please confirm.
2) It was and still is my plan to show the pricing, but the script has an issue I'm trying to get resolved by the authors that displays "9" no matter what I enter into a custom field called "price". As you can see, it doesn't do that with the license field, so hopefully it's just a minor problem.

I'm hoping to build a big enough and nice enough site with strong stats to show to developers, that way they'll take my request for discounts seriously. I know most would be willing to do a small discount, but if I really want to be popular, I know I'll need to arrange some good deals. Of course, if some of the software have affiliate programs, I might just have to sign up for those too


by the way, PUZ.mobi is a great name!

Ok, user reviews and ratings are active, please at least rate a file if you download it. I also added a price field, but am working on adding the ability to organize the files by price.

Still looking for more programs, please post suggestions!

Everyone wants to get their hands on TextClean, but I'm sorry, I don't have permission to distribute that file. There is nothing wrong with registering at multiple domain name forums, in fact, I believe it will only help make you a better domainer.

Here is a link to an online list cleaner tool that I actually use more often than TextClean, only because I always forget where I downloaded the file to and I am too lazy to make a shortcut.
