Does anyone know of a good domain name registrar that pays a $1 or 2 residual commission on a domain sale that is under $10 a year?

I'm looking for a good program.

Any similar registrar w/o any fees could be DataTide.com, but they are less flexible, and offer not so much different services.

But I dont think that 85USD/year is a "high upfront cost" with TargetDomain.com.
Take in concideration, that you get a name at 6.75$ retail rate (or less) and a 100% automated turnkey website, and all functionality and especially CC billing and support is managed for you (Risk free).
Looking at other registrars, you may not have to pay the yearly fee, but you have to do a conciderable upfont deposit for domain registration and other services.

PS:
It is really not much you have to sell to get a ROI of your yearly 85$ fee.
(E.g. 40 one year domain registrations at a sales price 9.99$ each)
