Most registrars offer Privacy Protection for a few extra dollars.
I'm presuming that what he meant was, that if the feds try to bust the website and subpoena the registrar, that the paper trail will not lead to both the guy and the woman. Although you still have to pay by credit card for the domain which is traceable.
You might want to register a ccTLD like with a more liberal view regarding adult content. Dot BE for example reveals nothing in the whois when the domain is registered as a private person. The only thing that DNS BE mentions in the WHOIS is the name of the Registrar but not the registrant.
Or look at a privacy protect service that does not reveal the registrant at the first sign of legal trouble.
Hi, i have been contacted about designing a website for an escort ,but she doesn't want the domain name registered in her name ,and i don't really want it in mine either .Any advice on how i can get round this ?
