paying for actual physical property with digital property? eg domain names

anyone tried to either pay for accomodation with digital property? eg a domain name etc

no and never heard of that. Have you tried that and if it was successful then please let me know. Also that will be a great thing to start with currency replaced with domain names.

the problem with actual and digital property is that those who buy and or sell actual property can physically take one glance at an actual property and get a good idea of its value for purchase and resale etc which is why people can borrow to buy a house and borrow against a house etc and banks are usually happy to lend against a house etc

but the same experienced people usually cannot comptehend or understand or know if or how to value digital property or that people buy and sell digital property and or what it actually is

but when they do etc people will be able to buy a decent detached house for a .com domain name a week or not even pay lol but instead make availalable access to their domain name portfolio and let time add value to their domain name portfolio and just sell the odd domain name here and there lol as offers come in etc
