Hello!

owning hundreds or thousands domain is really hard remember which is the registrar, the expiration date and many useful info..

are there on the net software helping us to keep all organized?

would be very interested on a software like that that help me to order names by various argument like expiration date or domain cost and so on..

would be amazing too if that tool could "read" from a parking source, how much money the domain is making and updating automatically the stats (like the whealth manager did produced by the wealth investors)

obviously i think is hard that this tool could be available for free.. so also paid software/ online tool are wellcomed

Thanks @cocaseco for your input. Let us know what you think after your trial. The $129 I spent (there are cheaper versions, iirc) has probably been the best money I've ever spent on a domain tool. I even purchased the latest version (at a discount) immediately, when they went from version 2 to version 3. This is one great product, IMHO, of course.

The price quoted above is for the most expensive stand-alone computer version with the encrypted flat file database. The server version is quite a lot more money (check their website). Their support is great and 24hrs. Their support is totally free for the lifetime of your license. I have gotten my money's worth from the cost of the license. Their support is also quick. I think 30 minutes has been the longest I've waited, at any time of the day or night. It's the antithesis of most support, like NetSol for example.

Instead in the end I opted to try Efty.
I suggest you to give an eye.
It is cheap, online from a browser (so no problem also if you have linux) and with a very clean user interface.
The owner is a respectable name pros user (@dv82) so he reply fast to your questions.
He is also open to hear suggestions in order to tune up the tool and I love this opportunity. They also have a Facebook page for updates or a thread also here

Don't get me wrong. I like Efty too. I'm going to buy my lifetime membership this month. But it can't compete with the complexity of DP Pro.

They just come out the beta phase, I'm sure they will continue to improve :)

Thanks guys. DP is a solid app and it does very well what it promises to do, tracking your domains. Tracking and helping you manage your domains is just one of the many features within Efty. Helping with monetization through customizable landing pages, your own marketplace and integration with marketplaces like Sedo and parking companies are some of the other features many of our users like us for.

Efty looks good, good domain management can take up so much time. Can't imagine 10,000+ names

DP Pro and Efty are two entirely different animals. DP Pro is focused on management and whois whereas Efty is much more focused on marketing than management. My biggest criticism of Efty is no categories.

Any software that will also track expenses? - i.e. money spent, money you still need for renewals in the next month/year etc...

There used to be something like that but I have forgotten the website. It's probably ceased to exist anyway. But with the amount of constant input of expenses, this is probably best served by a spreadsheet.

You can track your investment, revenue, profit and renewal fees in Efty. Here's a couple of screenshots showing you what this looks like:
