I think this website might be part of a scam. I was approached to buy my domain, which I was not using. The buyer me to get my domain appraised, but I should use domain-hunk for this. I had to pay a $189 fee. The appraisal came back way higher than I thought, and I was elated. Now, the buyer wants me to use the escrow service, also provided by domain-hunk, which means i have to pay the fee in advance. Buyer does NOT want to use any other escrow service. So, they are either trying to steal my domain, or siphon fees out of me. Not sure. I am beginning to think there is something fishy going on.

What was your experience?

Plus, the domain seems to have been registered in March of 2016, and is only paid for one year. Hmmm.

Yep..that's the name..Fred! Offers a lot of money too! Said his client positively wanted to buy my domain. I told him I didn't have the money for the appraisal, so may be the client could pay it as an advance. He told me I had to get the appraisal done but he gave a "100% guarantee" that the client would buy it once I get it done. And his offers and the prices on the website are alluring for sure. But I again told him that as the client, according to him, was 100% positive about buying it, he could just send me the me fee as an advance.

Haven't heard from him since... :)

Was Domain-Skunk.com unavailable? ))

Here is their claim:

Our statistics for March, 2016

Domains listed

58,204

Domains sold

47,129

Average sale price

$15,386

===

Really? )) 47,129 domains sold with that price tag makes around 750 million $ )

And some still fall for that )

By the way, it lists escrow.com as partner )

I wonder what escrow.com thinks about it. What is the alias of escrow guy on NP?
