Basically, i need help on this.

I've apply and hosted 2 domain name with godady for $0.99. And for the 3rd one, during the payment window it shows 0.99, but when i log in it shows $9.99.

Is it account based for the promotion?

If yes is there any cheap legit domain name registrars?
Like $0.99 but is unlimited domain hosting.

And yeah, i park my domain on sedo(dot)com
It say there will be ads on the page. But when i check, it only have the search ads button and no ads were shown.

I assume you're registering domain names and use a $0.99 promo code for the first two. Now, you're attempting to use that same promo code a third time, but the price is $9.99.

This is not an error, you used this promo code the maximum number of times GoDaddy will allow. Just find another code.
