I ask them for the auth-code of a domain 13 days ago with no reply yet ...

recently request auth code for my 24 domains and there're no problem with them

Did you request it to the support or by control panel?

My problem is that I can not get the code at the panel and support doesn't reply ...

by control panel(domain center), and auth cd sent to my email

Unfortunately, I can not get it that way ...

i dont know why.but you can try to reset/request new password by entering your domain(not username). Then manage that domain.maybe it solve the problem.

I have just tried that way, but everything remains exactly like before inside domains manager.
