I’ve owned this domain since 2001. Ran a brick & mortar store for over 10 years using this name as well. I think it would be great name for the movie industry.

Personally I would list it at over $30k. It's a brandable term that has decent usage, including a furniture brand.

If you put it up with a lease plan, their payments are less than $1,000 per month for 36 months. If they are a furniture store, you know for sure they are paying $3k-$10k+ every month for their showroom space. At that price, it would be a good fit for any startup with a serious plan.

I just got done paying off a domain I've been paying $310 per month on (24 month lease - paid off 6 months early), and it was just for a future project. If I can do that while making no money in the industry I'm targeting, a business that is already making money would have no problem paying 2-3 times that amount per month.



If you ever want to liquidate it at reseller prices, or slightly above, let me know.
