hi, im working full time now so dont have as much time as i need to run my site, i was wondering how much it would be worth, roughly

so far this month it has had 275 uniques just over 11 uniques a day, its getting hits from:
google,
yahoo,
msn and
ask jeeves

most are coming from msn though, it ranks on page 1 and 2 on msn for my main key words, i cant really say what its earnt in revenue as i havnt really tried to get any from it, with the exception of google ads which appear only on the main pages,
it has 84 members in less than 6 months but i admit about half arnt really active, although im sure with an email i could probably get a few of these to become active again.

i wont be on now until probably tomorrow but any questions/appraisals or possibly even offers would be welcome and i will reply as soon as i come on next

Well, I did a bit more detailled analysis of your site, and here are my observations and suggestions:

• Google PR3 - nice!
• 324 urls listed on MSN Search - nice!
• A few URLs index on Google and Yahoo - nice!
• Suggestion, put AdSense blocks on your forums - immediately. You have no ads to monetize the forum content right now!
• Your news area is broken - MySQL / PHP db errors - needs to be fixed!

All IMHO, of course. For the domain with the existing site content, I would appraise at high $xx to low$xxx.

thanks for the replies, the news area does actually work its just showing that until i add news, which ive not had time to do

i will add some adsense ads on soon, i think i will do a bit more work on the site because that value doesnt really represent the work ive already put into it, but i appreciate the replies
