The hyphen really hurts it. Otherwise I'd say it would be great to sell to a domainer to make a personal domain sales site, somewhat like your domainspecialist.com. I'd image you probably still could sell it like that, just for significantly less value.

Reseller price, I agree with pertosda, about low $XX, maybe mid $XX if you get lucky.

Low xx$. I believe that this domain has potential in the development process but if you want to sell it as is, you will not be able to get very much for it. I would suggest develop it and then receive top dollar.
