Doktor means Doctor in Slovenian & I think Croatian language as well ( probably also in some other slovanian conutries as well). Maybe some other meanings in other languages. For price I'd say mid $xx currently, for end user probably mid $xxx + ( doctors have money :P) .

I am inclined to agree that you may be able to hold out for some health or clinic oriented buyer but I have a concern on whether the language and the country domain extension may be mismatched. If so, that would negatively impact on the price you can ge for it.

I'm not sure if i missed something inbetween. But if doktor is not an indian language and .in is india extention, will there still be value? Isn't it like typing indian characters on .us extention? For me i definitely wouldn't buy domains with names not matching the extention.
