Just checked godaddy ,get your own value tool at GYOV.com and they said its worth 1000 and they have the .me sold for 150 and the .net sold for 2500 so I guess is is worth around a grand, don't click on the .me it brought me to a Microsoft warning page

I agree with ben on the dogsizes, just doesn't make sense to me? Silverware is good though, just not sure about the extension

Thank you for your opinion Cruncher. The reason I purchased DogSizes.com is that last year I had DogSizeChart.com ( Which is garbage ) and got offered $50 for it but I refused thinking I could get more. I was greedy back then. Now I would accept that $50 in a flash.

Anyways, as per Silverware.co, I am also not sure about the .co market but I noticed a lot of good .co sales in the last few months. I am hoping it picks up. For $6.99 for the first year I don't have much to lose if the market doesn't pick up. The .com also I purchased off a promo / coupon so no biggy if I get stuck with it.

Thank you!

ben pedri: I am not sure I want to sell it right now but for the right offer I would consider it.
I would say min offer would need to be high $xxx to low $x,xxx.

If not I will hang on to it and try selling it through Sedo marketplace. They've had a few .co's sell in the last few months for good money and a few sold for even higher than their Estibot appraisals.

Or I might develop it, there is great potential especially that .com and .net are undeveloped and only on parking pages.

The domain is registered with 1&1 though and would need to be pushed to that registrar.

The typical turnover in the field is 1-2% a year and that is for solid domains priced right. The renewal math doesn't make sense selling domains for $50 unless you can turn over a much higher %.

DogSizes.com I don't think has any value. Silverware.co might have some nominal value the right buyer, but I doubt it will sell passively.

This is a name you have to sell ,no one is gonna buy it on sedo, well I shouldn't say no one but only 1 in 2000 of this type will sell on sedo for 500 dollars. If your gonna just park and hope its not gonna work in the long run ,But it is a marketable domain if you want to put in the work

Thanks for your input Brad I have a few domains sold in the last 2-3 months in the $40-100 range through NP and Ebay. My turnover % during that period is about 15-20%.

I sold:

MeSometimes.com $50 ( never thought it would sell )
Togglez.com $50
Creatury.com $45
DroneRaid.com $50
MiamiCompanies.com $35
LeashTeam.com $80 ( a few months ago )
Snibl.com $50

and a couple more....

I also refused offers on FirstPup.com ( Was offered $120 - I should have taken it ) and also I refused $50 on Siixy.com ( should have taken that as well ) . $50 to $100 is the sweet spot for good brandables ( not great ).

I only have an inventory of 37 domains currently ( 1 Bought 5 in the last week ).

so eventually you will have a thousand domains and will sell only 15% of them at 45 dollar average about 7 grand more or less and the renewals will be about 9k if you have domain discount so at best even if you do have a sell through of 20% which is doubtful because you will have less time to list and transfer them, you will be at less than breakeven ,But you will have a growing portfolio which will make things even worse and eventually you wont even be able to cover half of the renewals. Learn by my and other mistakes ,now after all these years ,I have a good portfolio that has real values of 2-3 grand each on most,Buy better names for 200-300 and spend your time selling for 2-3k

I'm not much into brandables but you seem to have a good knack for that namebucket or namerific type that they want listed ,and I dident check yet but I bet some of the ones you sold are getting listed there. for a few thousand and they may sell

Yeah thank you ben, I had FirstPup.com listed on Brandbucket for a $1995 for a few months but I got impatient. I haven't tried namerific or Grandpa. I might do that. Thanks.
