domain Does carsEmpire.com it's written wrong?

I've bought the domain www.carsEmpire.com .I wish to create a site on it with all car models and all that.But I've posted this domain, and some said that "the s really hurts". Really? Some other opinions wouldn't make any hurt. So please tell me about it. Some of my friends, say that the name sounds better like this than www.carEmpire.com(which it's taken by others of couse..).But in the last, carsEmpire means "The Empire of the cars", and it's normal to have the plural here(other examples: The Empire of romans, greeks etc). So do I have any right in this?? Please tell me.

Technically "CAR EMPIRE" is, I think, the best way to say it. The word "empire" already implies a plural preceding word.

Your "empire of romans" falls flat on its face, it's more commonly referred to as the "Roman Empire".

Saying that, it is your domain and if you like it, there's no reason it can't be branded and publicised in it's current state. Ideally you'd be better with the "CAR EMPIRE" domain, but this world isn't perfect
I don't think there'll be many problems with the domain "CARS EMPIRE". It is yours though, you should do whatever you want. I think it'll be fine though

To me it reads ‘A car’s empire’ which doesn’t make too much sense. I agree it would be a lot better if it were ‘Car Empire’. Considering these factors, I would value it at very much, maybe not even registration fee. Good luck.

Thanks! . I'm so interested about this, because I want to develop an site, and if the name sounds bad, well you know.. the self trust will not be one of the best. But again, the name it's not everything, there are lots of other things like the site itself(the content)..
