Hello everybody,

Few minuets ago i bought the domain:

YahooDr.com

i try to park it with Sedo and Name Drive, but non of them will allow me to park it, i don't see why, since there is no problem with parking GoogleDr.com
does anybody know why they allow one and not the other?

If I were you, I'd drop & get a refund for both names unless you want to face potential TM lawsuits in the future.

I don't understand haw Yahoo in any variation can be a TM since it is a Dictionary word and can anyone have a TM on it?

of course i heard, but what I'm saying is: just because they are using this name they can not claim it as there own, they did not invent the name "Yahoo"

they are not using the yahoo name, they are yahoo. they did not invent the name yahoo, but they made it what it is today.

then you are infringing upon them. so which of those definitions led you to register this domain?

All good advice here. No explanations should be necessary - drop those domains unless you like trouble and have a big bankroll.
