When I got the email from Chris at DOPA I responded and explained how he screwed up. I actually got what seemed like a sincere apology from him. In broken English he explained he was knew and would not do this again. This being bulk email with everyones email exposed.

I found that he keeps acting like he is just new and then turning around spamming. I don't believe a word he says... I didn't realize it was him and accepted him on LinkedIn (now removed) and started getting spam emails that had the appearance of phishing emails from him (I didn't confirm they were phishing because I didn't click the links, etc).

Chris at DOPA and Steven Smalldick are not the same people. I think Steven handed out everyone's email and then DOPA added it to their own list. Chris is a real employee with a DOPA address. Steven is just an idiot with crappy domains and no common sense. I could be wrong of course.
